Simon has recently been instrumental in our implementation of the Payment Arrangements functionality of the Northgate Rents module. He has a huge depth of knowledge about the Northgate system, and as well as understanding the complexities of the system he has been fantastic at making sure that our internal support staff understand it too.
Simon had previously worked on a large project for our company a couple of years ago and I was fairly confident that he was the right person for this job, but I've really been impressed with the difference he has made to this project - I really don't think it would have been successful without him.
